No. Sign up and start your trial with just an email address. You only enter payment details when you choose a paid plan.
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Monthly billing charges you each month. Yearly billing charges you once a year at a discounted rate. You can switch anytime in Settings → Billing.
Yes. Cancel in Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your plan stays active through the end of the billing period, then moves to Free-tier limits.
No. Your data is always preserved. If you’re over the plan limits when a downgrade takes effect, you’ll be able to view your existing contacts but won’t be able to add new ones until you’re within limits.

Any lead with a status of Lead, Client, or Inactive. Archived and deleted leads do not count toward your limit.
You’ll see a warning and won’t be able to add new leads. To add more, either upgrade your plan or archive leads you’re no longer actively working with.
Go to Leads → Import and upload a CSV file. Download the template first to make sure your column headers match.
Yes. Go to Leads → Export to download a CSV of all your leads.
No. Notes are internal and only visible to your team. Clients only see the onboarding steps you’ve published in their flow.
Go to Onboarding in the sidebar. Each flow has a Share button that generates a unique portal link for that client. The link shows only their onboarding progress — no other client data is visible.
Yes. Create a separate flow for each service type. Assign the right flow to each client when they sign on. Free allows 2 flows, Growth allows 10, Pro and Agency have no limit.
Go to Settings → Team → Invite Team Member, enter their email, and send the invite. They’ll get a link to join.
Their contacts, notes, and work stay in the system. Their assigned contacts become unassigned and can be reassigned to someone else.
All contacts are visible to all team members by default. You can filter by assigned team member to see each person’s workload.
Go to Settings → Billing → Update Payment Method and enter your new card details. Changes take effect immediately.
Go to Settings → Billing and click Manage subscription. Your invoices are available through Paddle's customer portal.
Paddle retries automatically over a few days. You’ll get an email asking you to update your payment method. Your account stays active during the retry period.

Yes. Go to Proposals in the sidebar to create proposals with reusable templates. You can also create one directly from a lead’s detail page — client info is auto-populated.
Go to Invoices in the sidebar to create invoices with line items, tax, and due dates. For won deals, click “Create Invoice” on the lead detail page for one-click invoicing with pre-filled client info.
Yes. Click the send icon on any draft invoice to mark it as sent. You can also mark invoices as paid when payment is received.
Yes. Go to Proposals → Templates tab to create reusable templates with predefined sections like Scope of Work, Pricing, and Timeline.
Yes. Go to Campaigns in the sidebar to create one-time sends or multi-step drip sequences. Filter recipients by lead status or source. View delivery analytics after sending.
Yes, if you have Twilio configured in Settings → Integrations. Open any lead with a phone number and click “Send SMS” in the Next Action section. Messages are sent via your Twilio number and logged in activity.

Yes. With Twilio configured, click the phone icon on any lead to make browser-based calls. Calls are logged to the lead timeline and tracked in analytics. Call recording is coming soon.
Yes. Go to Settings → Live Chat to get an embed script for your website. Visitors are qualified by AI automatically, and qualified visitors are created as leads.
Go to Time in the sidebar. Use the live timer or add manual entries with duration, date, and optional hourly rate. Entries can be tied to specific clients. View billable reports by client and team member.
Yes. Mark entries as billable and set an hourly rate. The summary dashboard calculates total billable time and revenue automatically. You can also generate invoices from unbilled time.
