AgenciesFlow offers a 14-day free trial that lets you try the platform before purchasing. Because of this, we maintain a limited refund policy for paid subscriptions. Please read this policy carefully before upgrading.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
Yearly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. If you cancel a yearly plan, you will retain access to all paid features until the end of the current yearly billing period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused months.
If you contact us within 14 days of your first yearly charge and have not meaningfully used the paid features, we will issue a full refund for that charge. See the exceptions section below for details.

Refund requests under these exceptions must be submitted to support@agenciesflow.com with your account email and the reason for the request.
Downgrading to a lower plan or cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Access to paid features continues until the end of the period for which you have already been charged.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing inside your AgenciesFlow account. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not trigger a refund for the current cycle.
Payments are processed by Paddle. All refunds approved under this policy are issued back to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
